What equipment do you service?


We are the KIP distributor for Australia and service all the wide format KIP colour and Black and White machines we sell, we are also HP Gold Partners and service HP wide format inkjet printers, we are also trained on the Fuji Xerox mono machines and service a number of those as well.

Do you have any stated response times?

Yes, our commitment to our service contract customers is onsite within 4 hours.

Do you offer toner included contracts?

Yes, on certain models of the KIP range we do offer toner inclusive contracts, guaranteeing you a fixed price per print regardless of coverage.

What are your service hours?

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, there are times we service out of hours by negotiation.

Do I have to wait long for parts or toner?

We hold parts and toners in our Bayswater warehouse on a replenishment basis, we have second level support out of New Zealand and can have parts here over night should that be necessary.

If we have to relocate can you facilitate that?

Yes, we do organise the decommissioning and relocations of equipment as people move offices, guaranteeing the equipment will function correctly once it is recommissioned.
